University and College listing and distances from our Southeast spaces is below.  Please remember all our spaces except #8 are located within five miles of downtown Minneapolis, therefore all are convenient to the major schools. 

Scott and Jenna have history here!  Scott attended the Architecture School at the University of Minnesota and worked for Professors Hodne, Stageberg and others... let's just say, waaaay back when!  Also, the first property that Scott and Jenna purchased is one of the properties near the University!  Ah, the good old days! 

If you or someone in your family is here to visit, attend or preview the University of Minnesota or other institutions listed, we would love to host you at one of our spaces!  Unlike a hotel, we have entire fully furnished apartments available. 

Here are the units that are most convenient, and why: 

#1, #3, #4, #9, #10, #11 and #23 are located 1/2 to 2 blocks from bus routes that connect all three University of Minnesota campuses, running from downtown Minneapolis to downtown St. Paul, where you can transfer to reach other institutions.  Bus service 24 hours.  Our long term residents in those buildings have always been students at the University.  Walking and Biking distance to the East Bank Campus.  If you have family, but one car, this is walking distance to convenience stores and coffee shops.  Literally two blocks from The Atelier Studio Program of Fine Art.

#15 and #21 (reserve both together as #22) is located a few miles from the University of Minnesota in the heart of Uptown.  Multiple bus routes within a block or two.  If you have family, but one car, walk to _everything_ you need from regular shops to organic food coops.  

#2, #16, #17, #24, #25 are located four miles north of the University of Minnesota, in a little downtown of an inner ring suburb.  1/2 block from a transit center with commuter bus to University of Minnesota, and four other bus routes that fan out everywhere, including buses that connect to other institutions.  Bus service 24 hours.  If you have family, but one car, walk to _everything_ you need from regular shops and such, even a movie theater!

#5, #6, #7, #12, #13, #14 are located about a 15 minute commute from the University and other institutions near downtown Minneapolis.  They have a more "suburban" feel and are close to the Minneapolis Chain of Lakes.  They are located _at_ a bus stop for express service to Downtown and regular service through Uptown to Downtown, where you can get a quick transfer to University bus routes.  Bus service 24 hours.  If you have family, but one car, this is walking distance to convenience stores and coffee shops. 

#8 - Last but not least, our Beach House on Lake Minnetonka with its' 150 miles of shoreline is an honest 24.68 miles and 38 minutes from the University of Minnesota Office of Admissions at 231 Pillsbury Drive Southeast!  (About the same to downtown Minneapolis transit hubs to reach other insitutions.)  Bus service express commuter route only.  If you have family, but one car, this is walking distance to groceries, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. in the city of Mound.
