Located two miles from downtown Minneapolis and one mile from University of Minnesota. Four bus lines.

This space has everything you need for a productive or enjoyable visit. Large Screen Cable HDTV. Broadband Wifi.

Complete kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffeemaker, etc.

TWO queen size sleep number beds (adjust to any firmness you like) TWO full size innerspring convertible futon sofas accommodate up to eight.

Note the two bedroom areas are formed with movable privacy screens.  Or the full effect of the giant open space can be enjoyed. 

Bath has shower, no tub. Great exhaust fan and lighting.

Free shared laundry in building.

Reserved Parking for two cars immediately outside the entrance door to the building. Four bus lines within two blocks take you to Downtown Minneapolis, Minneapolis Convention Center, Downtown St. Paul, Uptown and Lakes, or NE Minneapolis.

Just a few miles or minutes from the parks, shopping, cultural attractions and night life of Minneapolis.

Free Buses in Minneapolis and St. Paul

Campus Connector (note:pdf download) offers free service between the St. Paul, East Bank and West Bank campuses of the University of Minnesota.   Designed for students, but they don’t check student ID. Does not connect to Downtown Minneapolis.

Take a Free Ride on select Nicollet Mall buses (Nicollet Mall stretches from one end of downtown Minneapolis to the other.) Seeing a lot of things downtown? Park at an end of this route for less money! Goes very close to Convention Center.

There is a per trip charge for a trip of over 30 minutes! However you could hop skip and jump all over downtown with these bikes, for the daily or monthly fee.   Closest ride station is two blocks away from our Southeast spaces! So you could get a bike there, ride downtown in just a few minutes, and go from one site to another downtown, the museums and Lakes in Minneapolis, and some parts of St. Paul. With trips of under 30 minutes, there is no per trip charge, so it would just be the daily fee of $6.
