4++BR (Four standard bedrooms with one king and three queen beds (Two full size sofa futons in two of the bedrooms), PLUS two sleeping lofts in upstairs bedrooms with twin size inflatables PLUS two Sofa Futons in Family Room PLUS two non-seeper couches and a few inflatables. 

Add a full bath with jetted tub, two 3/4 bath, one 1/2 bath and -- and you have a great space for a large group!

Can park up to eight cars on site.

Our Family has hosted thousands of families & groups!  We have 30+ spaces in the area. This is a premier space on the tenth largest lake in Minnesota, yet just 30 minutes from downtown Minneapolis.

Lakeside has sand beach, plus long dock.  Also childrens playhouse (full size, adults can enter)

Bench on 7 by 11 platform at end of dock for those who don't want to dip their toes in the water, but do want to enjoy moonlight on the water or the call of the loon over the lake.

Boats available for rent from many marinas on the Lake -Rockvam, TOnka Bay and Howards Point are close.  Some can be rented with a captain.

This is Lake Minnetonka lakeshore.  There are many other beaches at Lake Minnetonka, it has ~150 miles of shoreline! 

There are also many marinas on the Lake.  The closest is about three miles away, and rents pontoons for group fun from 8AM to 8PM, varying durations.  One marina will pick up your group in a bus!  Also fishing boats.  Other rental marinas have ski boats, personal watercraft, etc. 

There are restaurants with docks on the lake, but we recommend driving to them and using your boating time to explore the dozens of bays and channels of the lake.  We boat the lake, and can give you suggestions for destinations.   Of course if you bring your own boat, you have your dock!  

There is also a famous lake and cruise restaurant a fifteen minute walk away - Al and Alma's.

There are Department of Natural Resources public fishing piers on the lake, so it is not necessary to boat to catch your limit from the dock on the property or multiple locations! 

Biking / Hiking?  Minnesota is extremely bike friendly.  One of the longest trails in the county is two miles away!  On an abandoned rail right of way, it is a maintained paved trail.  A couple of miles away is another similar trail, which is not paved.  You can literally bike to the next county on them, or into the city!   (Main road to the house has bike lanes and sidewalks)
