Partial - Handicapped or Wheelchair Accessible.  Note there are three inside steps, and minimal barriers within the unit.  Main level has convertible futon inner spring mattresses in living room, dining room, kitchen and bath, so one level living is possible inside unit.  Ramp is available to wheel a truly wheelchair bound guest into the unit, with advance notice.  However a wheelchair bound guest might not find it easy to maneuver in this space on their own.

Yes - Minimum age limit for renters.  In general we do NOT rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 22 unless accompanied by parent or guardian.

Free Buses in Minneapolis and St. Paul

Campus Connector (note:pdf download) offers free service between the St. Paul, East Bank and West Bank campuses of the University of Minnesota.   Designed for students, but they don’t check student ID. Does not connect to Downtown Minneapolis.

Take a Free Ride on select Nicollet Mall buses (Nicollet Mall stretches from one end of downtown Minneapolis to the other.) Seeing a lot of things downtown? Park at an end of this route for less money! Goes very close to Convention Center.

However you could hop skip and jump all over downtown with these bikes, for the daily or monthly fee.   Closest ride station is a short bus ride to the East from our Southwest spaces! So youcould get a bike there, ride downtown within 30 minutes, and go from one site to another downtown, the museums and Lakes in Minneapolis, and some parts of St. Paul. With trips of under 30 minutes, there is no per trip charge, so it would just be the daily fee of $6.
