Here is one of our most recent reviews -- We are featuring it because it points out two main reasons for staying in a furnished apartment- savings and togetherness:
Peggy and Family stayed at our "Heart of Uptown" duplex location March 15th:
"What a wonderful weekend. We go to the cities to see our girls and
usually have to rent a hotel room. They live in a house they share with
a number of other girls and no room for visitors. I love having my
girls stay with us and a hotel room gets awful cramped. Renting this
house was so perfect. We were able to cook, visit, watch a movie, play
games and sleep in the same place. We absolutely loved it. It was
close to downtown and travel was so easy. The house had kitchen staples
to extra tooth brushes. It was wonderful.... I will never go back to
renting a hotel room when something like this is available. When you
figure the cost of a hotel room, eating out, and entertainment, you
would be so much more ahead financial wise to do the house rental. Even
if you enjoy the restaurants and entertainment of the cities, the
togetherness in a home is something you can not put a cost to. Their
home was comfortable and easy to find. Thank you for the opportunity
and your hospitality Scott and Jen. Thank you, Thank you!!!!!"

Some of our units are in the same building. For instance, Southeast we can handle up to 24 people in three units of the same building!

Our Rates
Getting away for a relaxing weekend or extended vacation can be easy and affordable. On a family vacation in Minnesota there is a lot to do! Instead of getting multiple hotel rooms, save for your family activities in a Scott And Jenna Short Stay space.
Business travel is always on a budget. If you have multiple travelers, get privacy with multiple bedrooms and lower food costs with a full kitchen.
Keep in mind we have "rack" rates, just like a hotel, but we also don't like vacancies! We offer last minute specials, weekly and monthly discounts. So please inquire, no matter what you see on the list.
